World Heart Day 2016: 29 September 2016

NHAM as a member of the World Heart Federation (WHF) will be delighted to endorse activities (public forum / heart health talk / free community screenings / any other reated activities) in conjunction with the upcoming World Heart Day 2016; and list your event on our website as a gesture of support. About World Heart Day

World Heart Day on 29 September is the World Heart Federation's (and the world's!) biggest platform for raising awareness about cardiovascular disease (CVD).

This World Heart Day, we want everyone to understand what they can do to fuel their hearts and power their lives. Your heart is at the heart of your health. And it's easy to give it the care it deserves.

Just a few simple steps such as eating more healthily, cutting down on alcohol and stopping smoking can improve your heart health and your overall well-being.
